Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Siazmi Wellness, each session, program, and offering is intentionally designed with time, preparation, energetic commitment, and personalized attention. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to bookings, payments, cancellations, transfers, and refunds across all services.

By booking or purchasing any service, session, course, or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Siazmi Wellness—including private sessions, group programs, workshops, digital products, and advanced courses—are considered intentional commitments toward personal growth and transformation.

Due to the nature of our work, all payments are made with the understanding of energetic, emotional, and logistical commitment from both sides.

As such, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. 1:1 Session Policy

This includes:

  • Hypnotherapy Sessions
  • Reiki Healing Sessions
  • Tarot Coaching
  • Consciousness Guidance
  • Personalized Mentorship
  • Custom Private Work

Booking Confirmation

A session is considered confirmed only after full payment or advance payment (if applicable) has been received.

Time slots are reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel:

More than 48 hours before the session

  • You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost.

Within 24–48 hours of the session

  • A rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Refunds will not be issued.

Less than 24 hours before the session

  • The session will be considered forfeited.
  • No refund or transfer will be offered.

No Show Policy

If you do not attend your session without prior notice:

  • The full session fee will be forfeited.
  • No refund or rescheduling will apply.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

  • Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Full payment remains applicable.

This ensures fairness to all scheduled clients.

3. Group Programs & Courses

This includes:

  • Inner Alchemy Series
  • Consciousness Series
  • Chakra Evolution Series
  • Workshops
  • Cohort-based immersions
  • Live group containers

Refund Eligibility

Because spaces are limited and your enrollment secures a place within the group:

Before program start

Refund requests made 7 days or more before the start date may be eligible for:

  • Partial refund (minus administrative charges), OR
  • Full transfer to another future program.

Within 7 days of program start

No refunds will be issued.

However, transfers may be considered at the discretion of Siazmi Wellness.

After program begins

Once a program has started:

  • No refunds
  • No partial refunds
  • No transfers

This applies regardless of attendance.

4. Digital Products & Recorded Programs

This includes:

  • Self-paced courses
  • Downloadable workbooks
  • Audio recordings
  • Guided meditations
  • Program recordings
  • Digital learning materials

Due to the immediate nature of digital access:

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be offered once access has been granted.

5. Advanced Programs & Intensive Containers

Advanced and deeper transformational containers often involve extensive preparation, energetic holding, and limited capacity.

This includes:

  • Chakra Evolution Series
  • Advanced mentorships
  • Immersive intensives
  • Specialized healing containers

For these:

  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Payments made are non-refundable once the container begins
  • Transfers are reviewed case-by-case only

6. Retreats & In-Person Events

For retreats, live immersions, or in-person events:

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Siazmi Wellness.

Cancellation Timeline

30+ days before

Eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit).

15–30 days before

50% refund may apply.

Less than 15 days

No refund.

This is due to venue commitments, planning costs, and limited spots.

7. Cancellation by Siazmi Wellness

In rare circumstances where Siazmi Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule:

Examples:

  • Illness
  • Emergency
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Insufficient enrollment

In such cases, you may be offered:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Transfer to another date/program

This will be communicated as early as possible.

8. Energetic & Personal Responsibility Clause

Transformational work requires readiness, openness, and personal participation.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Emotional discomfort during inner work
  • Personal resistance to the process
  • Subjective dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not explicitly promised

Healing and transformation are deeply individual processes and cannot be guaranteed in a fixed way.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of genuine emergency (medical, family, or unforeseen crisis), exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Siazmi Wellness.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

10. How to Request Cancellation or Rescheduling

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via contact form with the Subject: Cancellation - Program name 

Requests are only considered valid once acknowledged.

11. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any offering by Siazmi Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At Siazmi Wellness, each offering is created with intention, depth, and dedicated presence. We honor your commitment and ask for the same integrity in return.
